Refund and returns policy

Refunds

Online Purchases: Due to the nature of the perishable products we supply, we will only provide refunds for orders under exceptional circumstances and if order is cancelled within one week of purchase. Where we agree to provide a refund (as described in these Terms), you must provide us with one of the following proofs of purchase: 6.1.1 original mobile app receipt (we cannot accept photocopies); 

original point-of-sale receipt; 

financial statement showing the purchase (bank or credit card statement). 

We reserve the right to reject and / or cancel any agreed refunds if you are unable to provide proof of purchase as set out in clause 6.1 above. 

We reserve the right to reject any return, refund or exchange requests where you:

changed your mind; 

bought the wrong Product;

bought the wrong flavour, size, type or quantity. 

don’t like the flavour, type, consistency of the bake

the order has been collected by the courier but not yet delivered - once the order has left our kitchen the responsibility for the item is taken over by the courier company and is no longer the responsibility of The Pretty Little Cake Company. Any delivery issues must be taken up with the chosen delivery company. 

Celebration Cake orders: Due to the nature of the perishable products we supply, we will only provide refunds for orders (or deposits) under exceptional circumstances and if order is cancelled within four weeks of booking or receipt. Where we agree to provide a refund (as described in these Terms), you must provide us with one of the following: i) photographic proof of any issue raised, ii) the cake in its original cake box returned for quality inspection. 

Returns Policy
Our bakes are perishable items and unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund for a return. However, please do contact us if you have any problems and we will definitely see what we can do to resolve the problem for you.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at theprettylittlecakeco@gmail.com and send your item to our return address to deal with them.
